Featured in the film Crossing the Bridge, Baba Zula's zany blend of oriental melodies and rhythms with electronics are a perfect playground for the legendary British-Guyanan dub producer Mad Professor to work his wonders as their live sound engineer. Using traditional instruments such as saz, Baba Zula are iconoclastic, daring and experimental, bringing the flavour of reggae into Turkish music. They perform with their own dancer and live stage sketch artist.
